Delivery Estimates and Returns

Orders will generally be packaged within two to three business days and will then be sent to you via either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for their service delays and mistakes. Neither can we be held liable for incorrect addresses that customers give us.

For estimated postage times, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here. Your order will be shipped from 4214, Arundel, QLD. Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary.

If we are out of stock of your item then we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible that there is a delay. If we have made a mistake with your order, then please notify us upon receipt and we will rectify it immediately for you. If you need to return an item then please let us know and we will email you a shipping label for you to print at home and attach to your parcel. Then, simply take it to your nearest Post Office.

In either instance, please be patient and please do not be rude to myself or my staff. Upon the receipt of a rude or overly impatient email, we will simply refund your order and ask you not to deal with us again. We are respectful and kind to all of our customers and expect the same in return. We ask you to remember that next-day delivery is a first-world need, that people are dying of starvation every day, and that karma is a real thing...
