Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in an ultrasonic aromatherapy diffuser for effective whole body relaxation.
Topical: Apply to bottom of the feet, ears, chest or back at bedtime or use in a massage carrier oil such as dōTERRA’s Fractionated Coconut Oil for feelings of tranquility and balance.
Bath: Add to a warm bath to relax and unwind.
