AromaTouch Blend Essential Oil by DoTERRA

doTERRA AromaTouch Essential Oil is a massage blend known for its relaxing and comforting effects. It combines essential oils of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender for muscular and nervous system relief. In combination with a massage, it helps to lessen tension, relax the muscular system and improve circulation.

Uses

• Apply to tense neck and shoulders to promote feelings of relaxation and release.
• Use with fractionated coconut oil to create a massage oil.
• Use doTERRRA's AromaTouch Hand Technique to give a loved one a hand massage with the AromaTouch Massage Blend.
• Add to Epsom salts and enjoy soaking in a hot bath.

Directions 

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
