It is derived from the Coriander seeds as opposed to the leaf - which is Cilantro Essential Oil- and can alleviate nausea and assist digestion, which is why it is often used as an aperatif.
Coriander essential oil includes compounds just like Borneol, Cineole, Cymene, Dipentene, Linalool, Phellandrene, Pinene, Terpineol and Terpinolene, and these are definitely the causes behind its wellness qualities.

Diffusion - Put five to six drops in a diffuser with water for a calm and stimulating environment. Blends well with Wild Orange and Cardamom Essential Oils.
Topical Use - Apply one to two drops to desired area - particularly stomach. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
